Hi,

As per your query you have black spots on face, shoulders and arms which occurs when pores of oil gland get clogged and there is entrapment of dead skin and bacteria.

I would suggest you to avoid exposure to sunlight and use medicated sunscreen such as TANCARE rich in SPF 26. Apply creams containing Kojic Acid, Benzoyl peroxide and Tretinoin for long use. Drink plenty of water. You should consult dermatologist once if condition doesn't get better and start treatment for proper examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
