How To Treat Bad Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

Hi I have a problem, my husband cheated on me and I have recently noticed I have a very bad smelling vaginal discharge, yellow in colour, shooting pains in my lower abdomen down to my vagina, tired all the time, headaches, and lower back pain. Any advice please

You appear to have a gonococcal infection. However, it is best to confirm it.

Get the following tests done:
1. Gram stain, culture-sensitivity of the vaginal discharge;
2. Wet mount or saline prepration of the vaginal discharge (for Trichomonas vaginalis)
3. PCR of the vaginal discharge for Chlamydia and gonorrhoea (since Gram stain, culture are not very sensitive).

Treatment:
IV Ceftriaxone + Oral azithromycin
If Trichomonas is detected; add Oral Metronidazole to the above treatment.
