Hi,

Moreover, your BMI is more than 30 [it is causing some of your problems]. You can choose one diet programme like joslin why weight diet is good for you [avoid caffeine, smoking area, alcohol, non-veg] eat more fruits salads, vegetables. Drink 500ml 1/2 hr before meals water and eat food only at home [with diet programme take 4-5 days in onth multivitamins [Supredene etc].

Behaviour and physical activity [join online art of living ombw or happiness course it will also reverse memory problems and will cover behaviour upsets and how much per day physical activity required for you will cover up in this course. Serum uric acid to be checked and treated medically [I can't prescribe as you don't mention levels [less than 11 or not]

Extra-corporeal shock wave therapy for your frozen shoulders can be chosen as have no side effects unless treated by medicines. Stress / anxiety / weakness will cover in ombw as above stated. Take 8 hrs sleep [not more and not less] spend time with family/good friends, music, dance, smile are also my part if treating.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
