How To Treat Azoospermia?

Hi doc, I just got my husband semen analysis report and it shows , color: gray opalescent, ph: 9.0, viscosity: viscous, liquefaction time: 10 mins., wbc: 3-4/hpf, rn: 2-4/hpf, total volume: approx. 4ml, epith. cell: rare, mucus thread: rare, total sperm count: AZOOSPERMIA..is my husband infertile Doc? Is there any possibilities to produce healthy sperm? Or any procedure to be done or medications to be taken to have a good sperm? Thank you.

Probably.
The exact count is the key number. Fertility falls off rapidly. It works out as more like a enough/not enough situation with 5 million per ml or 20 million total being where there is real fertility problems if the number is less.

Normal food intake. Not more than 3 ejaculations per week and maybe seeing if the count changes if there is 3 days or more without ejaculation prior to testing.

A regular vitamin a day. Many vitamin deficiencies can have some effect on sperm count.

Avoiding other medicines and avoiding alcohol.
