How To Treat An Itchy Scrotum?

I m sufferring from an itchy scrotum for more than about 2 months now. Before the itchy scrotum begins, I m suffering from an itchy skin on the middle of my right pinky toe. The itching could be caused by athletes foot since there are skin peeling and the smell is really bad. After some weeks, I noticed that my top right scrotum (besides my shaft) is beginning to itch. It is inflamed and is very itchy. I usually scratch it. I bought clotrimazole cream (canesten) and applied it on both my athletes food and to the itchy scrotum. I m thinking that I got this from my athletes foot because of the towel that I used after taking a bathe. I finished the entire 10g of canesten cream. The itch goes away and come back again after few days. And so I bought another 10g and so the cycle keeps on repeating. I then listened to a radio station and heard of this topical product named Fungisol. It is water base and so it burns when I use it. I ve been using it for a week and there s an improvement. But I noticed that after using it my scrotum skin is now starting to peel. And I can feel that my scrotum became dry and scaly. From a small portion in my right scrotum, It already infected the entire scrotum. It s so itchy that I can t stop not scratching it. I researched over the internet and learned that scratching will simply worsen the case and may spread it to other parts and so Im trying to minimize the scratching my simply pinching my scrotum everytime it becomes itchy. I ve been applying vaseline lotion with aloe vera on my scrotum to prevent it from drying. This somehow minimize the itch. I went to a mall and saw a shop selling T/Gel medicated shampoo that treats dandruff, psoriasis and dermatitis and so I bought one bottle. I have mild dandruff sometimes and so I also use it on my scalp everytime I got shower. I put small portion of the shampoo on my scrotum and leave it for like 30secs then rinsed it. The itching and scaling became worst after using it. Yesterday (June 9, 2014) I bought a Hydrocortisone ointment (0.1% creme) and I apply it to my scrotum 3x a day. When the ointment dries out, I apply vaseline lotion with aloe vera. I m planning to buy Lamisil ointment to apply it on my scrotumr before applying Hydrocortisone. Will it be a good idea? I noticed that Fungisol water base ointment is effective but I simply cant handle the burning sensation its causing me and so i wanted to shift to a creme base ointment. By the way my right behind the joints also for infected with itchyness, I manage to apply Fungisol so like 5 days and the itchyness clears up. I continue using Fungisol on my athletes foot and seems like theres an improvement. My main battle is really my itchy scrotum. It ruined my life! I hope a dr can help me here. I have picture of my scrotum but I dont know how to post it here. Thanks!
