How To Treat Acne Vulgaris?

Hi i`m yuvi 18 years of age.i` m suffering from acne vulgaris.i`m being treated since couple of weeks and now i`m having treatment of peeling.Doctor suggested to Tufacne Tab everyday to be taken.but this morning i got couple of pimples near my chin with more pain.two days back i applied A ret get on my face..please suggest me what should i do..Should i contact my doctor for that or what.?my pimples are same like i had couple of weeks when i started my treated same pain.....

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain acne or pimples can occur due to causes like oily skin, hormonal imbalances,bacterial infection,inflammation, clogged pores etc..
Th treatment is a combination of antibiotic and anti acne medications..
The medications that you are taking, that is tufacne tablet and A Ret gel are both retinoids and you can continue taking the same..
You can also add up topical application of antibiotic ointment like Clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide..
Do cool compresses over the face..
You can exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
Drink plenty of water and maintain a good facial hygiene..
Wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash.
