I have a question regarding my father s menral health, he is very paranoid and repressed all the time and its due to an event in his life, I m not sure if this is the correct place ti ask about him but I wanna knkw how I can help him become a better person lime he was before.

Since your father had symptoms of mental illness it is wise to get him seen by a registered Psychiatrist.

Mental illness call come in all forms and affect anyone at any age. Such persons need to be understood and cats for. The process is very hard and require a lot of understanding of the disease and help in taking care of them.

Kindly get him down to a Psychiatrist as soon as possible to avoid any complications which may be difficult to manage later.
