How To Treat A Painful Lump On The Wrist?

I believe that I strained the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon at the insertion of the pisaform bone and also in the region of the ulnar styloid. It's been painful for 4 months and there is a bump on the wrist just distal to the ulnar styloid, There is also a bump that is palpable on the ulnar styloid. How should I treat this? I have no insurance
