Brief answer: ORAL THRUSH/ ORAL CANDIDIASIS..

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain and explanation of the symptoms you are suffering from a fungal infection known as Thrush caused by a fungi named Candida Albicans..
It can be caused due to a number of conditions like Dry mouth, Stress, certain medicines like antibiotics, steroids, birth control pills etc, immuno-compromised conditions like Uncontrolled diabetes,HIV, Cancer, individuals wearing Dentures etc..

These conditions disturbs the growth and maintenance of bacteria and other micro-organisms that keep a check on the overgrowth of candida albicans which is normally present in small numbers in mouth and body..

For this you should consult an oral physician and get evaluated for the cause of infection..
For treatment of thrush oral Fluconazole or Itraconazole has to be taken for a period of 1O to 14 days..
Nystatin mouth washed can help..
Anti fungal lozenges can be helpful in resolution..
Take more and more of Probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic as it helps in clearing the fungus..
Avoid using antimicrobial mouthwashes..
Drink plenty of water..
If there is some underlying illness treatment of the same can also be helpful in preventing relapse as well as faster clearing of the present infection..

Hope this information helps..
