How To Treat A Bleeding Swollen Pore On Cheek?

Hello, my girlfriend has started to have a little problem, she randomly starts bleeding from her pore on her cheek that is a little swollen and makes it look like a zit. And I mean she bleeds a lot non stop, up to 45mins continuosly. The first time she woke up covered in blood and was still bleeding and then today she was wiping her cheek when it started again. It has been an hour and 20 mins and it has finally stopped, but she is extremely light headed and the amount of blood that was lost is about half of a 16 oz soda can. What can be causing this? What should we do??

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

The lesion which bleeds on touch would be pyogenic granuloma. So, consult the Dermatologist and get perfect diagnosis. If it is really pyogenic granuloma, electrocautery under local anaesthesia would be the perfect treatment.

Hope this helps.
