How To Treat A Badly Hit Vagina That Is Bleeding?

Hi my 12 year old and 11 year old daughter were kicking each other and my 12 year old kicked the 11 year old really hard between the legs she's bled from her vagina alittle and I'm just worried how do u know if she's ok will it have caused her internal bleeding or anything how would I k ow??? Don't know what to do?

Thanks for your query.I am Dr Sharon Baisil.
Bleeding from vagina is to be taken care of.You should take your baby to a child specialist and getexamined.It may have caused the hymen to rupture.Even so it is okay.no need to get worried.And if she feels abdominal pain and rigidity in abdomen an internal scan of upper and lower abdomen has to be done to rule out any internal bleeding.Most probablyit is a superficial injury and nothing to worry about.hope i cuold be of help to you.
