Hello Doctor,i am residing in Chennai.i am suffering from fat molecules (Lipoma-medical term) for the past 5 years all over the body(16no.s).i have consulted many doctors when those were small.but all of them said that no need to worry that.when i went for lipid profile recently,the result was total cholesterol is 242 mg/dl, HDL-47mg/dl,LDL-164mg/dl,VLDL-27mg/dl,Triglycds-135 mg/dl.Ratio of LDL/HDL is3.5..1)My question is that is there is any treatment available for this fat molecule to dissolve naturally/medically? 2)what diet should i follow to reduce my LDL& Increase HDL..Thanks..
