How To Treat Hashimoto Without The Side-effects Like Irregular Periods, Anxiety?

I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto and taking 30mcg T3 plus vit D for the last 10 days. Prior to that I was on 20 mcgT3. Some of the symptoms I had have gone but the new one is morning sickness and irregular periods. I should be taking higher dose(according to my DR,) but Cna not because of sesnitivity to highre dose (heart palpitations, anxiety). What woud you advise?
Thanks in advance

Hello
I have gone through your question and understood your concern.

Hashimoto's disease is a condition in which your immune system attacks your thyroid gland.
Inflammation from Hashimoto's disease, often leads to an underactive thyroid gland (hypothyroidism). It is the most common cause of hypothyroidism.

The treatment of Hashimoto's thyroidistis is thyroid hormone replacement and usually is simple and effective.

To determine the right dosage of T3 initially, your doctor should check your level of TSH after a few weeks of treatment.

You feel morning sickness and have irregular periods. This symptoms can be due to hypothyroidism.
So,my advice is to repeat the thyroid function test (TSH,free T3 and free T4) to understad the actual thyroid function and to have the right information for the dosage adjustment of T3(if necessary)

If you have coronary artery disease or severe hypothyroidism, your doctor may start treatment with a smaller amount of medication and gradually increase the dosage. Progressive hormone replacement allows your heart to adjust to the increase in metabolism ,so you will not have problems due to medication.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thank you for using HCM.
Wish you good health.
