Dear as GERD with perm. Prolapsed gastric mucusa means that u have lost the protective layer against the acid formed in stomach therefore u have to take medicine to protect ur other layers of stomach from being damaged. But before going for any surgery i would like to suggest some medicines which have shown a miracolous results in my experience n complete cure. U can come back to me after following this for a month.
1) take 3 gm of mulethi powder in a 150 ml cow milk and add 150 ml water in it now put this in medium flame until 150 ml of net content is left ...now let iit cool ....and take it empty stomach every morning n evening
2) Himcocid suspension( Himalaya herbals) - 2 tbspoon after every meal
3) Tablet SOOKTYN- 2 tablet 3 time in a day after meal
Precaution-
No alcohol, smoking , heavy bulky meals at dinner.
Dont take rice curd especially at night
Dont sleep immediately after meal .. atleast after 20 minutes gap
Eat emblica myroblan or aanwala powder mixed with egual quantity of sugar powder before every meal, can take bannana.
