How To Treat ADD?

I have been dealing with ADD my whole life. I never used a prescription and used ADD strategies to deal. I always play catch up but have still managed. I just got a promotion and I am seriously struggling to keep my focus, complete tasks and I am completely failing with my organizational strategies. Should I see a doctor and try medication? If so, what dr do I see and what are the steps.

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that ADD treatment is combination of drugs and therapies. Even if you are not on medication you should consult a neurologist time to time and see therapist for required mental therapies.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
