Please write your question here My name is chidoebere, I am 18 days pregnant and i swallowed one misoprostol 200 and insert one by 10 pm but by day break i only notice brownish discharge and no pain, and i still swallow another one misoprostol 200 at 7am after 24 hours nothing happened , please i need help

Hi welcome to the health care magic
For medical abortion it is always advisable to undergo abortion with gynecologist supervision
Usually mifepristone 600mg tablet given first orally and then intravaginal 400 ug misoprostol inserted intravaginally....
Once bleeding starred abortion process completed with stoppage of bleeding in 4 to 5 days
If no bleeding extra dose of misoprostol given
After two week abortion Confirned by USG
So I strongly recommend you to consult gynecologist for this
