How To Take A BP Reading ?

When i take my blood pressure i take it three times with about a minute between readings and then i take the average. does this give me good results. the pressure usually goes down with each consecutive reading?

Readings should be preferably after 15 minutes of rest lying down from both Right and left arm. However for practical purpose take while sitting or lying whichever is convenient
and you should stick with your position.
