How To Strengthen Vaginal Muscles?

Hello I am 45 year old. Me and my husband haven t been able to enjoy sex for a few years now. My vaginal muscles have become weak. I also get too wet. So whenever we try either he doesn t enjoy because me being wet n loose or if I dry myself than his penis gets injured but he or me are unable to get satisfied.

I would suggest doing the pelvic floor muscle training exercise, like pretending that you have to urinate and then holding it. You can insert a finger into your vagina, tighten the muscles as if you are holding in your urine than let go, you should feel the muscles tighten (do not tighten abdominal muscles, buttocks and thighs). Begin by emptying your bladder and tighten the pelvic floor muscles and hold for a count of 10. Relax for a count of 10. Do 10 repetitions, 3 to 5 times a day.
