sir, i am 23 years old boy. I have sexual problem. Actually my penish is too short & when i used to do bathroom after finished my toilet i saw every time that some liquid comes out from my penish & my penish is not strong when i wanted to do sex. so my sexual partner is unhappy with me. Sir i am very much depressed for this. please tell me the perfect solution.

Don't feel Depressed about that.Every individual has fixed size of penis with erection and without erection.initial 2cm of vagina is sensitive so size of penis is not of much importance for sex rather full erection is needed .As you said some discharge comes out after you finish your toilet , this can be a symptom of dhat syndrome . you can consult your nearest psychiatrist for this.
