You might have lax knee joint muscles.
Do patellar exercise,in this exercise put pillow under your knee and raise your leg straight,keep this position for a while and bring leg down.by doing your patellar muscles will be contracted and relxed.
Do this type of exercise about 10 mnt in the morning and evening.
Take Calcium,vit A,D.
