How To Stop Sticky Discharge During Sleep?

Hi doctor im Esa a Secondary student from Singapore and i just wanna know what is the white sticky stuff that is in my underwear when i woke up this morning, it feels so disgusting. It happens to me alot of times but usually i thought i had wet my pants. And im just wondering if theres any way of stop letting it happen again?

Vaginal mucus membrane secreats mucus to protect vagina from infections. The hormonal activities during menstrual cycle have impact on the mucus secretion.. so there is increase in the vaginal discharge before & after finishing the menses. I feel you are noting the same..
There is nothing to be bothered about this normal deviations in vaginal discharge...as long as -
- It is not copious/ without itching or burning. If these symptoms accompany.. you have to seek advice of a gynecologist... otherwise only cleanliness suffices.
