Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query
, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Recurrent hematuria is a serious symptoms and this is not likely to be caused by urinary infections more likely this indicates possible bleeding in urethra, bladder or kidneys. In most cases this is caused by urinary stones so you should do urine analysis, urinoculture and kidneys ultrasound to rule these out. In males, prostate hypertrophy tumor or prostatitis is common cause which will also be seen on ultrasound. You should drink raspberry tea and plenty of water till you do tests- Also, avoid sexual intercourse, You should reduce salt in your diet as well. In most cases this is self limiting, but sometimes if bleding persist more invasive tests such as cystoscopy or J prothesis insertion may be required, bzt first exact cause should be found.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
