How To Stop Eating Raw Rice?

Hi Doc, I have discovered a peculiar habit in me of eating raw rice these days,it s been 3 weeks and I chew raw rice almost daily for about 100-200 grms.I know it is going to affect my health badly I have read its consequences also that It causes food poisoning & cancer but I just cant control my desire to stop eating it.It is just raw rice which I feel like chewing through out the day. need your assistance. Do a CBC(complete blood count) to rule out anemia. iron deficiency anemia is the commonest cause for pica. Include more and more iron rich foods in your diet.
You might also require behavioral therapy to correct this eating habit.
