How To Stop A Child From Sucking His Lip Making It Big Ans Swollen?
My child is 7 years old and has started sucking on her lower lip to the point that it is huge and swollen. I believe she is doing this out of habit and not because of a dental issue. Do you have any ideas of how to get her to stop and is there anything that can be done to get her lip back to normal?

I can understand your concerns.
I would suggest you try the following.
Decide a visual clue for stopping it. Whenever he is doing it give the visual clue to stop. Reward him for stopping.
Give a bunge cord wire tied on this wrist to chew when ever he has the urge.
Once he stops doing it his lips will get back to normal.
