How To Solve The Problem Of Sweating Testicles That Have Dropped Down Lower?

Dear Dr., I have problem of sweating testicles that have dropped down lower over two years now. I dont feel any pain, i am not over weighted and 30 years old. I dont feel comfortable whenever I sit because I need to reposition my balls. Please advice me.

Hi.
The probable reasons for your problem is development of varicocele - meaning distension of the veins draining the testes. They increase the internal temperature and as a reflex normal mechanism of the body the muscles of the scrotum are relaxed in an attempt to cool the testes.
So the testes hang down , making them uncomfortable for you.
I would suggest you to see an Urologist, get a clinical examination and ultrasonography with color doppler examination to confirm the diagnosis.
You may need a corrective surgery.
