How To Repair The Piercing Hole On The Penis?

Hi. I am a 35 yo male. About 10 years ago I got a genital piercing called a PA. A ring would go in the urethral oriface and exit the urethra via a pierced hole about 3/16ths" back. The piercing didn't go as I wanted, being that it wasn't further back, but more importantly, the hole enlarged over time. I quit wearing any jewelry in the piercing within 3 months. I've lived with the hole, which has caused urination messiness on and off. Recently, I experienced an impact on my penis while playing basketball. The rest of the penis is just fine, but the little strip of urethra and skin between the pierced hole and the oriface tore a little. I now estimate that the strip is 2/16ths". Is there anything I can have done to replace/repair the piercing hole? (close it). With the strip being so small, is there any issue if it were to tear completely? (it looks/feels vulnerable). I recognize that such piercings are not widely accepted in society. What can I say, I made this choice when I was younger and I've grown up a bit since then. Thank you for your time.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i'm happy you've stopped wearing jewellery in the hole.
Of-course the urethral opening or injury can be reconstructed.
It's a routine procedure for urethral injuries or congenital deformities, involving the urethra. There's every possibility of the injury getting worse.
So you can send a photo to me, for an expert opinion, as a direct question.
Wishing you well.
