How To Remove The Stuck Chia Seeds In The Tonsil Area?

Hello. I’ve had a clump of chia seeds stuck in my tonsil area all day, and I can’t seem to clear it on my own. It is not visible, but I can feel it constantly. I’ve tried nasal saline and snorting in.. tried warm fluids. Any other advice on how to remove this?

Struck chia seed in throat area seems to be act as foreign body and leads to accumulation of bacteria and microorganisms and spread infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline rinses several times a day. Take ibuprofen and proper course of antibiotics. Eat 1-2 banana in a day. Consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may opt fiber optic scan examination done to find out exact location of obstruction and start treatment accordingly. Doctor may extract that thing with small instrument under local anesthesia (laryngoscopy procedure).
