How To Remove Skin Tag In Nose?

hi I have a skin tag in my nose. It has been there for a year and a half maybe 2 and it doesn t hurt or anything but it really gets annoying that people think that it s a booger and I have to explain that is a skin tag. Is it possible if I can get it off?
