How To Remove Redness In Bends Of Arms And Knees After Being In Sun?
Creases on inside bend of arms turned bright red last weekend. Thought it was from being in sun. They are still very red. Went horse back riding yesterday & now the creases in the back of my legs behind my knees are the same. Feel very tight & uncomfortable. Burned in the shower. Have had problems in past with heat rash, but never this. Any thoughts.

I have gone through your query and would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with a frequent and regular application of moisturizing cream on the entire legs. All take antihistaminic like tablet cetirizine.
