How To Remove Dry Patches Of Skin After Steroid Injection?

I got a steroid injection in my wrist a few months ago and developed a dry patch of skin in that area over the next few days. I thought it was eczema but now (months later) that quarter size area of skin is still white (I have darker skin) and almost leathery.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having steroid induced hypopigmentation of skin
Topical and intralesional steroid injections are likely to cause skin thinning, skin hypopigmentation, striae.

My treatment advice is-
1. These will revert on its own. It takes on an average 9-12 months for complete recovery.
2. You can apply a tacrolimus 0.1% ointment twice daily on lighter skin to speed up the recovery.
