Hello, I have a bump on my penile shaft that I got after shaving the area for the first time. I suspect it is an ingrown hair, but I cannot locate the pore that it may be stuck in, therefore am unable to pull it out of the follicle. If I squeeze the bump, pus does come out, and I do this every other day in hopes to avoid too much accumulation of the pus and infection. Is there any type of ointment that I could place on this that would help in getting the hair out and causing the lump to subside?
