Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of black spots on face, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Don't apply cosmetic products or any home remedies.
3. Apply a glycolic acid lotion like glyaha lotion once at night on spots.
4. Other treatment options are topical kojivit, chemical peeling done by dermatologist.

Thanks.
