I understand your concern about erectile dysfunction(ED).
There are several common causes of erectile dysfunction.
1.
Diabetes (
nerve damage and vessels narrowing)
2. Some medicines like anti depressants and anti psychotics
3. Performance anxiety (the most common reason)
4. Psychiatric disorders (
depression, anxiety)
5. Alcohol use (nerve damage and
testicular injury)
6. Smoking (vessels narrowing)
7. after some surgical procedures (nerve damage)
The commonest cause of lack of erection or loosing already established erection is performance anxiety. Remember, sex is largely what happens in your mind and little between two legs. Let me explain, what happens in your mind.
For constant erection, continuous exciting/romantic/erotic feelings should be there in your mind. If your mind is diverted to concern about erection, you will lose erection. You must try to enjoy and only enjoy, without focusing on your 'performance' or quality of erection during foreplay and sexual intercourse.
Pornography watching is not the treatment for this. Avoid it.
Your mind has learned to get pleasure from pornography. Train yourself to get pleasure from other leisure activities like workout at gym, cycling, reading, watching good TV programs, swimming, yoga etc.
You may get counseling with a sex therapist/psychiatrist/sex counselor.
There are effective medicines like
Sildenafil 50 mg to 100mg or
Tadalafil 10 to 20 mg to be taken 1 to 2 hours before sex. Thhese drugs should be taken only under medical supervision.
Try to lose weight. Your
body mass index is 26.19. Try to maintain BMI between18 to 25.
