How To Regenerate An Atrophied Testicle?

I had been taking Cytoxan for 6 months. During that time my testicles experienced atrophy. I lost about 30% of the volume of my testicles. Now that I am off Cytoxan, will my testicles return to their previous size. I am 49, 190 lbs, 6'. I was prescribed the Cytoxan as part of my treatment for Vascuitis.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Testis is a very sensitive structure and once it is atrophied , there is no treatment for this.
So you have to forget about it.
I would advise you the following:
Consult an Urologist and discuss with him if you have any problem related to sexual desire changes , libido, erection problem or so on.
You can get an ultrasonography and color doppler tests done as well as Blood Testosterone done and get a supplement only if required.
I find this answer helpful
