I am a diabetic patient of type-2, I am taking OBIMET500 tablet 1 no. & OBIMET1000 tablet 1 no. daily as per doctor,s advice and my sugar level is controlled and I don't have any problem particularly for diabetes.But I have lost 6 kgs of body weight within a year. Now my weight is 58kgs. I am 6ft 7 inhes height and 52 years old. I want to regain my previous weight. Is it possible? I am a smoker. Please advice.

SIR YOU CAN PUT ON WEIGHT FOLLOWING HEALTHY DIET PATTERN.
You should consume small meals with moderate serving of carbohydrates , protein source, and lots of vegetables in each meal.
Instead of 3 major meals try to consume five small meals.
Try to avoid simple sugars, juices, carbonated drinks, sweets as it makes your sugarSs bad.
Include healthy proteins like Cheese , leanmeats, egg, chicken, beans and healthy fats like olive oil, nuts in your diet.
