How To Regain The Erection Power?

i have been wearing some tight jeans latly as i got a few sizes smaller and it only just fits but i liked the jeans and they were the only size left, soon after i was wearing these (a few days to a week) i havent been able to get a full erection, at first i could hardly get anything and now i sort of do but its weak? i have thrown away the jeans now as ive been told it could be them.. if it is becuase of that will i recover to my usual self soon? and be able to get a normal erection.? thanks
