I went out last week & I came home an I got a really bad chest pain an sore throat, then the next day I had lost my voice. I still have no voice today an a chesty cough. I have no other symptoms apart from the right side of my arm going abit dull.

hello, thanks for ur query, lost voice could be due to voice abuse with cough. u can start antibiotic outset like amoxicillin 500 mg thrice daily, steam Injalation, absolute voice rest, cough suppressant syrup. all d best. take care.
