Hello welcome to Health Care Magic Forum

Your height is about 175 cms if we consider your average weight it should be about 75-78 kg. As per your weight and height your BMI should be 25.6 and it is marginally more than normal BMI. As per my opinion your weight will reduce after stabilisation of your Basal metabolic rate. You have lost a lot of weight in last 4 months and this have resulted in altered metabolic rate. Keep exercising and take natural protein rich diets and your weight will come to normal range. Don't take fat burners.
THANKS
