How To Reduce Weight When Suffering From Diabetes?

I am 41 y/o female. Dx with leiden V factor, diabetes II, stroke in 2009 (which is when we found out about the other 2 conditions) also have PFO closure in 2009. For the past 2 years I have gained weight although I exercise for 45-1.5 3 times a week. Very active- coaching daughters b-ball and soccer teams as well as being high school teacher. I will admit I have been feeling depressed because I am still gaining weight- tried lean cuisine and nutrisystem.

Dear,
well i understand your diseases are disturbing and contributing your illness but u need to understand that you will stay healthy and live longer if you keep your weight to lower side as much as possible and that you need to be calorie freak and work hard to little more extra than other people i understand you work out alot but a simple walk of 50 mins daily would count alot with complete dietry restriction. a normal female needs around 1600 calories a day so u need to be in negative balance to lose weight so that u have to restrict your calorie to 1100 calories a day for that you will have to avoid certain things
such as
1-rice
2-fried things
3-fast food
4-meat
5-skimmed milk instead of milk
6-splenda(sucralose) sweatner instead of normal sugar

your meals shud be
breakfast
brown bread plus white of 2 boiled eggs or diet jam low fat margarine or bran flakes with skimmed milk and tea
you must have 1 fruit at 11am
salad or boiled vegetables and chicken or low fat salad toppings for taste
a cup of tea at 5pm
and dinner at 7pm whatever you like but a small meal that must not meat your hunger requirement.

thanks
i hope i have answered your question
salad or boiled vegetables in
