How To Reduce Weight When BMR Is 1489?

I am a 5 foot 1 inches tall Woman who weights 182 and am starting to exercise and lose weight, however I am confused about BMR and calories burned. Can you help with this? My BMR is 1489 and I am exercising/burning about 300-400 calories a day. I figure the net result is about 1100-1189 calories of intake a day. I have switched from bad foods to whole foods, such as Apples, Homemade veggy soup, lots of salads and lean proteins. Mostly I eat 2-3 fruits a day, Vegetables at lunch and Dinner and protein through out the day. Am I eating healthy and enough calories?

Congratulations on your decision to take control of your health.
Your ideal weight should be around 59-60kg or 130lbs.
Your daily dietary intake should be around 1500 cal. We rarely advise less than 1200 cal per day.
Your diet is good but does not contain any carbohydrates. I advise you to eat these especially in the meal before your exercise and at breakfast.
