How To Reduce Weight Gained During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, I am 26 year old woman.Now my weight is 59.2 Kg and height is 159 cm.After my delivery(it s been 1.5 years ) I gained about 10 kg and I couldn t reduce it so far.I tried so many diet controlling and all..but no luck.and I am an It professional so I don t get much time to do exercise n all.Could you please help me providing a helathy indian diet to follow to reduce my extra 10kgs. Thanks In advance

I am so sorry to hear about these concerns that you have concerning your weight, Your BMI is 23.4kg/M2 and this is ideal for any individual. I have no reasons to suggest that you work extra hard to drop more kilos than advising that you work hard on maintaining them. You work because you are healthy, so always try to stay healthy so that you can always be able to work. You cannot forgo what keeps you healthy for work. Plan and make out time for exercises.
