hi,myself sunitha and I am 25.My height is 5.2 and wt is 47.Got married in last november.now a days i see my tummy is increasing.I am happy with my body structure.but have extra pounds in my tummy n bumps.Kindlu provide suggestions to reduce my tummy n bumps.
Sunitha, I realize you grew up where activity/fitness is not the norm. However, you need to combine toning exercises with some cardiovascular to get rid of the bumps and the tummy getting bigger. Do 20 pelvic tilts per day on yoga mat. Next, raise your bottom up to the air keeping your feet on floor and upper body on floor. Do 20 situps. Lay on your side and lift your one leg up keeping the other leg flat on floor for 10 repetitions, repeat with other side. Do you know Hatha Yoga? It will help tone. Also, please cut down on your portion sizes, perhaps eating 1/2 of normal amount until you look as you want. Thank you for coming to HCM. Kathy Shattler,MS,RDN
