How To Reduce Potassium Levels Without Medications?

I am 72 year old active female. I recently had blood work done and my potassium was 5.9 and sodium wa 137. I am taking the following medication. Atenolol 5 mg and recently my Amlodipine was increased from 5mg to 10 mg. my pulse is usually low 57-60 but at time when I exercise it goes higher. what can I do to reduce the potassium without medication.

Besides medicine only diet changes can reduce potassium. Avoid banana, avocado, dried friuts like dates, vegetables like tomato, stem and fried vegetables, snaks, coffee, chocolates and use low salt in diet.
