How To Reduce Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

I have pain in my lower right abdomen. right on the hip on the right side. my stool lately has been smaller/dryer than usual but regular. it is accompanied by gas pain and almost feels like constipation, but since i have been going daily i did not think that was the case. please advise.

Though constipation can cause pain in the abdomen, it is more commonly on the left or central abdomen.

Pain in the lower right abdomen may be related to any of the structures in this area such as the skin, muscles, appendix, ovaries in a female, intestines in this area.
If it continues then an abdominal examination would be needed.
