How To Reduce Pain In Lower Abdomen?

Hello the other day after a long trip from i had to hold my urine and bowel movement for 1 hour approximately and when i got home after going to the bathroom I felt such a bad pain on my lower right side of the abdomen. its been 2 days after and I am still having bad pain its decreased from that particular day but not completely.

Dear-thanks for using our system. It is not healthy to hold urine and bowel, most likely you had to hold and the bladder muscle became irritated. In terms of your intestine, holding bowels creates spasm in the intestinal walls and gas that can be painful. It should go away in 3-5 days.Don't worry that won't create any major problem.
