Hello,

First of all, you should not have scrubbed the cuts, that might have caused more irritation to the skin. This can lead to infection, I suggest you take paracetamol tablet as well as tablet Allegra if available for tonight.

If the pain and swelling reduces after an hour or two then plan to visit a doctor tomorrow, if the pain has not subsided then visit ER. Local ointment as well as oral antibiotics need to be taken to avoid infection. Your doctor will examine it and suggest you appropriate medicines after that. Follow his advice for fast recovery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
