How To Reduce Pain And Swelling In Arm And Center Of Back?
I have been feeling pain in my arm and small section in the center of my back. The pain is also caused from the lightest touch. It s very sensitive to touch and slightly swollen. The area also looks a little red and the pores look open. What do I need to do to ease the pain?
To reduce pain in the arm you are suggested to take break from work, give rest. Apply compression bandage to ease pain, ice packs may help. You can apply pain relieving sprays (Volini). Take Naproxen or Combiflam, one SOS when needed to ease discomfort. To relax the back, stretch the back muscles, maintain correct posture while sitting, standing or sleeping. Get clinically examined by an orthopedics, get X-ray, CT, MRI done to rule out any arm dislocation, fracture, etc. Back injury, bone fracture, sciatica, slipped discs, ligament or tendon tear, etc. You will be treated accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
