I am 30 years old,my uterus removed 4 years before at the time of my 2 child birth for some placenta problem,I have experienced hair loss last 1 year,now my knees are causing pain when I do lot of walk even my weight is also 65kg,I want to reduce my weight.What can I do for that pain...

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of hair loss and weight gain has nothing to do anything with the history of hysterectomy, knee pain could be due to osteoporosis, it could be some hormone changes, low calorie diet and exercise is the best option to come out of this condition, you can even try some calcium supplement, hope this information helps, take care.
