General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the sulfasalazine and naproxen are already given with damage to kidney, now the management of seronegative arthritis is a challenging issue for the physicians treating your son. Kindly discuss the scope of recent advances in molecular science which contains monoclonal antibodies such as Adalimumab or others which serve as disease modifying agents which can be used with altered renal function as well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
