How To Reduce Fever And Throat Infection While Having Fatty Liver?

hi doc, my age is 39, height 167, weight 65 kgs (female). I've got a problem of fatty liver. now having been suffering from fever constantly for more than a month and throat infection. my billirubin count is 0.8 and tlc dlc is 11700. c reactive protein is non reactive. why my fever is not going low than 99-100 degree?

fatty liver and fever may not be connected in your case. usually fatty liver is an incidental finding.

as you told fever is not coming down , you need a detailed examination and blood chemistries.

TLC you mentioned shows it s mild elevated suggestive of infection.
we need to examine and do other necessary tests to locate focus of infection.

common foci of infection are lower respiratory tract, urinary tract which may be asymptomatic and may be revealed on investigation.
so kindly consult a general physician...
